EXSCULP
Service terms.
These terms explain what you purchase when you order an Exsculp website service. They are written for the managed, bespoke service described at checkout. They are not a substitute for legal advice.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a finished website for your business. The £300 website charge covers the design and build of that website from your business information, supplied material and the direction shown in your preview. Exsculp puts the finished website online for you.
2. The finished website and revisions
The website supplied under the initial £300 service is the finished version prepared from the agreed scope and preview direction. It is not a DIY website that you edit yourself.
If you want changes after your website is finished, you can purchase a revision bundle from Exsculp. Each bundle will clearly state its price and what is included before you buy. The £10/month hosting and maintenance charge does not include unlimited design, copy, structural or content changes.
3. Hosting and maintenance
The hosting and maintenance charge is £10 per month unless a different price is expressly agreed. It renews on an ongoing basis until cancelled. This keeps your website online and covers routine technical maintenance needed to keep the service operating. It does not include unlimited design, copy, structural or content changes.
If the hosting subscription ends, Exsculp may take the hosted website offline after the paid period. Any cancellation or refund rights that apply are subject to applicable law and the terms of the order.
4. Payment and delivery
The checkout price shows the initial website charge due today and the recurring monthly hosting charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Your finished website will be with you in up to 5 working days after successful payment, provided the information and material needed to complete the work have been supplied. Delivery timing can reasonably extend where required information, approvals or usable source material have not been provided.
Existing website
If you already have a website, it stays untouched while you consider Exsculp. Requesting a preview or buying an Exsculp website does not automatically delete, replace or modify your existing website. Any move from an existing website or domain to the finished Exsculp website is a separate, deliberate step.
5. Customer-supplied material
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, logos, text, documents, trademarks or other material supplied to Exsculp. Exsculp may use that material to prepare and deliver your website.
6. Accuracy and approval
Exsculp will work from the information and source material provided. You remain responsible for checking business details, contact information, prices, legal statements, opening hours and other factual information before using the finished website publicly.
7. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund treatment depends on the order, the stage of production and applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit a right that cannot legally be excluded. Where a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, it will apply in accordance with the relevant law.
Because website preparation is a bespoke service, work may begin following payment. If you request that work begins during a statutory cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you want to cancel after ordering, contact hello@exsculp.com as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual property and third-party material
Unless otherwise agreed, you remain responsible for material you supply and for any third-party licences or permissions required for it. Exsculp does not transfer ownership of third-party assets or services merely by using them in the preparation of a website.
9. Contact
