1. Information we receive

When you request a website preview or place an order, we may receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, business details, website content, images, logos, documents, links and other material submitted through our forms.

When you pay, payment information is processed by Stripe. Exsculp does not need your full card details to provide the service.

2. How we use your information

We use submitted information to understand your business, prepare your website preview, produce the website you order, communicate with you about your order, process payments, provide hosting and maintenance, handle support and revisions, and maintain internal quality control.

3. Service providers

We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and infrastructure. Those providers process information as necessary to provide their services.

4. Automated production tools

Exsculp may use automated software systems as part of its internal process for analysing the brief, selecting an appropriate design direction, preparing website content and generating website code. Customers are not provided with a self-service website-building system.

5. Your material

You should only submit material that you are entitled to provide to Exsculp for use in preparing your website. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment-card details or other information that is not needed for the service.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain order records, support hosting and maintenance, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Working files may be removed when they are no longer needed for production or delivery.

7. Your rights
